Blue Cheese Coleslaw

 

Ingredients

  • 1 bag slaw
  • 4 to 6oz Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup of Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1 tsp Celery Seed
  • 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Ground White Pepper
  • 2 Tbls Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Minced White Onion
  • ¾ Cup Vegetable Oil

Directions

Mix blue cheese and slaw in a large bowl.  Then mix remaining ingredients in a container and let sit for a while or over night.  When ready to server pour dressing over slaw and toss well.
