Broccoli Cheese Casserole

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. Frozen Chopped Broccoli
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 cup of Minute Rice
  • ½ stick of butter
  • 1 can of mushroom soup
  • 1  9oz jar of Cheese Whiz

Directions:

  1. Cook broccoli and drain
  2. Cook celery, onion and salt in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes.  Stir in rice (uncooked) and butter.
  3. Add undiluted mushroom soup and Cheese Whiz, stir over medium heat until melted.
  4. Place mixture in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
