Taylor's Moms Stuffing
Sauté onions, celery and sausage in 2Tbs butter (do not drain butter and grease) Melt remaining butter in microwave and add to chicken stock. Add Poultry seasoning to stuffing in a very large bowl then add cooled sausage and veggie mixture then add beaten eggs. Lastly add chicken stock/butter mixture until moist - we use all 5 1/2 cups of stock plus butter. Place is large cassarole dish and bake.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour
